I am the founder of Flutterby Equine in Cape Town, South Africa. Flutterby, a derivation of butterfly is not just a random name. The Greek word psykhē, pronounced ‘sigh-kee’, means both ‘butterfly’ and ‘soul’ or ‘spirit’.
It is my genuine desire to offer services that build on the connection between humans and horses and find a way to improve the health and wellbeing of both species in the process. I have laid the foundations for my work with official qualifications in Equine Behaviour, Animal Assisted Activities and have also added Bit and Bridle Fitting to my repertoire.
