Having been a riding coach for the last 40yrs I am passionate about equine welfare and take an holistic approach, looking at the horse/rider partnership. A comfortable pain free horse is always my aim. I have competed affiliated Dressage, SJ & BE but now focus on building confidence in both horse and rider at Grassroots level. I am very experienced working with young/nervous horses. I have completed the Centre 10 Advanced Psychology for Riders course and Sue Dyson’s Ethogram training - “The 24 Signs of Pain in the Ridden Horse”
I am more than happy to do talks/lectures to RC/PC and any other interested groups. I bring along a horse’s skull, items of tack to help people understand the importance of bit/bridle fit I am fully insured, DBS checked and safeguarding trained.
