horse bit fit would like to introduce and welcome amy burr.

My love of horses, like many others, started when I was a little girl. When I was 14, I bought a young Irish mare, and I have been lucky enough that she has looked after me for many years. I have enjoyed competing in most disciplines, and now have a fabulous project mare to look after and teach as well.
A passion for doing something I loved lead me to a degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy, and through this, I realised just how many aspects of a horse’s well-being there are that we need to consider. I’ve spent countless days with lots of varying types of professionals in order to gain as much knowledge as possible. A holistic view is a necessity for better performance and well being of our equine friends!

Tension patterns that we see as physios can be related to bit and bridle fit, and it was because of this that I began to learn more about it. #horsebitfit is a great way to make sure you are keeping your horse as comfortable and as happy as you can, and getting the best performance out of them.
